Technical issue contacting seller
I just bought an item that’s local pick up only and when I follow the first step of the eBay protocol to contact the seller, as I start to type in my message I get an immediate message from eBay saying “something went wrong please try again later .†This has happened multiple times over yesterday and this morning. To me it seems like a technical glitch and I would need to talk to an eBay agent but so far I’ve had no luck getting past their limited AI

Mentor1 year agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

OP1 year agoThat is exactly what I’m doing, and either before sending (while I’m typing in the message box) or right after hitting the send arrow, I get the “something went wrong “ message….
