I keep attempting to click on "item not received" and keeps going in circles, getting "technical hiccup" over & over..

I keep attempting to click on "item not received" and keeps going in circles, getting "technical hiccup" over & over..

Mentor3 years agoAre you using a desktop browser?
Try using the eBay app, if possible to start the "item not received" case -- I seem to be able to get farther along in the process using the app than when using a desktop browser. Using a recent order, I get to a "Your item may still be on its way" message rather than the "Technical hiccup" message I get using a desktop browser.

OP3 years agoI did download the app & got the "your item may still be on its way". Since the item was stated to have been delivered earlier today, I've concluded that it's simply premature as of today to file as such, Thanks for the insight.
