technical glitch in my store started in September, items I are being repurchased since out of stock
Ebay placed two defects this month because customers are purchasing items i sold on ebay prior. The store is not removing the sold items from the store site. Very hard to fix because many of my items do not appear on my seller dashboard when I type in the item number so I cant remove it but it appears on my store front. I tried to get a physical agent but with this AI chat it does not allow me to reach an agent to fix this issue. Is there an ebay number that I can contact their customer service.
