Technical difficulties Re-listing an item that has ended
Am I the only one who is having difficulties relisting or selling similar of an item that has ended/is unsold? When you select the item to re-list it or sell similar, an error message page pops up and says “well this is embarrassing, this isn’t working this second, try again later.†I contacted Customer Service 4 days ago (august 1st) and they told me IT is aware of the problem and working on it. Seems very unusual this functionality hasn’t worked for that long. I’m beginning to take this personally, since the item just happens to be a listing eBay said violated a policy about listing ivory (I identified the color as ivory, not the material). Your thoughts?
