Advice please. I am a new ( yesterday) seller to ebay. I listed 75+ items yesterday, 3 sold today. The problem is that I can not use my new Jaden label printer because Ebay label file size is too big. The only way to change the file size is through the desk top and I don’t have a computer. So I had to refund the 3 sales because I can not ship before Saturday, my day off and I’d have 3 late shipments on the Ebay books. I have gone ahead and ended the 75 listings because I’m sure the algorithm won’t be happy with me canceling and refunding more sales this week!
Is my only option getting an old school home inkjet printer for labels or does anyone have a work around suggestion?
I’ve spoken with Jaden tech 3 times, they were no help.

Mentor10 months agoCan you use a mobile browser in desktop mode to change the print settings and print that way?
