Team breaks
In team breaks, if a team doesn't hit any cards, how do you handle the shipping? Do you just refund the shipping charges and then mark the item as shipped? I have done this, but it also gives me defects which affects my seller status. I would like to know how others in the breaking community handle this without getting defects in their seller status. Thank you in advance.

If the break does not deliver any cards, then it sounds like a chance listing. There may be a policy issue here.

Would you mind explaining a bit more. What kind of a "team" are you talking about?
