Im being charged tax on a currency purchase. Isn't it a federal law you can't tax old money purchases? We're in Florida.

Whether something is taxable depends on the law in the state it is being delivered to, and also what category the item is listed in. A non-taxable item listed in a taxable category may be subject to sales tax.
