How does eBay get away with charging sales tax on items that are not taxable in certain states? Are they stilling the money? Should we report them?

Mentor4 months agoTaxes are charged based on the state the item is shipped to going by that states taxes and the category the items are listed In. eBay is not pocketing the money.
Is there something particular you are concerned with?
