Mentor8 months ago1099-K's are due to the recipient by the end of January. eBay will let you know if you will be receiving one. In general the rule for 2025 is 200 transactions with eBay collecting at least $20,000. Some States will have lower limits and eBay will follow those limits and not the national limit.
