If I have an ebay account and my husband has one also Can we each have a total of 599 dollars and not receive a tax document or is it taxed on the total of both accounts?

Each individual will receive a 1099 if they meet the threshold.
You must report all profits/income regardless of receiving a tax form or not.

Mentor2 years agoIf your name and tax ID's are different, your 1099's limits should be separate as well. But regardless of whether you get a 1099 or not, you still have to report your income even though there may be no tax due.
