Bonjour, jai effectué un achat depuis l'Angleterre jusqu'à la Suisse, or quand le colis est arrivée à la douane on m'a demandé de payer une deuxième fois les frais de douanes au passage à la douane. Comment est-il possible de se faire embourser ? Merci
