even if you don't get a 1099k you are still supposed to pay taxes on your profits.
I like the new report eBay just came out with that helps simplify things: https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding Download as a PDF and everything is totaled up for you. You just need to subtract expenses such as item cost etc according to what is allowed in your state.
