Tax payment in México IVA
In Mexico, which is where I live, there have been changes in the payment of taxes, and now it is essential to have purchase invoices with the respective payment of taxes, which in Mexico is called IVA tax. I buy very frequently on eBay and send it to Estafeta Members, which is a service that ebay have to receive, import and send to Mexico. I asked Estafeta Members if they could give me the invoice I need, but they only say they can give me the invoice for their services and they do not include what I paid on eBay and that way I cannot deduct taxes in Mexico, even though I am doing a legal import.
I hope you can help me or tell me who to contact to solve this problem. Since if not, it is no longer convenient for me to make purchases on eBay and I would like to continue making purchases.
