Tax on a coin that shouldnt have been collected
Ipurchased a coin, I live in ohio where sales tax isn't supposed to be charged on coins/bouillon, yet ebay charged me sales tax, how do I get the tax refunded?

Mentor8 months agoWhether sales tax is collected depends on the law in the state the item is being shipped to and on the category the item was listed in. If a seller lists a non-taxable item in a taxable category, tax may be collected.
