Mentor2 years agoOnly if you met the requirements for receiving a 1099. This year the requirement is you had at least 200 transactions with a combined value of at least $20,000. For tax year 2024 the requirement is $600 but may be changed by the IRS to $5,000. There are some States that require eBay to issue the 1099 at a much lower rate so you need to go to your Seller Hub and check the Payments tab and look at the Tax tab.
