TAX EXEPTION.
hello. i have upload a tax exeption certification to ebay, and I have followed all the instructions, but I can not buy still with tax exeption. how can i solve it?

Mentor5 months ago@ism1999 I see you are located in Bolivia unless you are using a third party package forwarding company you are not charged state sales tax.
The easiest way to avoid state sales tax is to use a package forwarding company that is located in Oregon or Delaware as those are two of the states that do not have sales tax AND have many package forwarding companies.
Until eBay tells you that your certificate is approved you will still be charged state sales tax for items delivered to a state that charges sales tax.
You should be aware that you lose all eBay Money Back Guarantee protection when an item is reshipped. If they seller sends you a different item eBay will not help you. It is best to have the item shipped directly to you by the seller or by eBay's International Shipping Program.
