TAX EXEMPT MORE THAN 28 DAYS WAITING ?
Hello, is it normal to wait more thank 28 days waiting for tax exempt to be approved?
I asked to the chat more than 5 times in 28 days and still waiting without any news. (another years was approved in 1 o 2 days...)

Mentor8 months agoI have been waiting nearly the same time. I have not been able to get an answer other than they are backed up.
My experience in past years has been the same as yours.
