Tarriffs notifications after purchase
I have been notified by UPS that I owe tarriffs on an item because it is from ENay Canada - $33 on a $25 item, and that if I do it pay it I will incur additional penalties. Is this legit? Is there any option to not pay this?

Since the seller used ups the charge is not unreasonable - they charge a brokerage fee for bringing the package through customs.
You really have no choice but to pay the fee - ups can send it to a collection agency if you don’t.
