Tariffs
My item is delayed with UPS coming from Canada to NY. I paid the added shipping fees (tariffs) at eBay check out. On eBay a banner reads “…fees must be paid†with nowhere to pay anything. On UPS tracking site there’s no banner or option to pay any fees for delivery. So my item sits in limbo. Neither site has a phone contact to get an answer from a person and virtual chat on either site is a loop that gets me no closer to solving this or paying to get my item. Any useful advice appreciated
