Mentor8 months ago@herispringhobbiesllc I see that you are offering Direct Shipping with Priority Mail PLUS eBay International Shipping Program. When you direct ship you are responsible for ALL refund requests. No returns does not mean no refunds. With EIS shipping eBay handles all refund requests once the item safely reaches the US HUB.
I strongly recommend removing the Direct Shipping on the listing (s). Then the buyer should see the option to prepay their custom fees at checkout or defer and wait until delivery. This is the ONLY way for a buyer to know the fees other than checking with their own customs department.
Let me know if you need instructions on how to remove DIRECT by you shipping by you. This is the Priority International Shipping.
