Tariff on printed media coming from Canada
I want to buy a $45 printed manual from a seller in Canada. Supposedly President Trump lifted the tariff on them but there is a note on the seller's listing that states "Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the shipping carrier prior to delivery. " If there is an extra cost, what is it?
