I dont want to be surprised by unexpected fees and want to know upfront what my cost will be. This is a huge factor on me bidding on items or not.

@ragnorak567 There are a few. You just have to do your own research. While eBay is keeping their tarrif page up to date they don't have a calculator yet since things keep changing. https://pages.ebay.com/tariffs/

The $800 rule still applies for most countries, NOT China or Hong Kong. So you don't pay a tariff unless the sale is over $800
