Mentor8 months ago@videodealer Sorry that happened, AI can be annoying at times.
You need to revise the listing. An agent can not change your listing for you.
Go to the active listing and select EDIT from next to it on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
Then change the model number as needed. Note you can not revise a listing that has open offers, bids, or less than 12 hours on an auction.
If this is a SOLD item communicate with the buyer and ask if they wish to cancel the sale. If they say yes then cancel as buyer requested. Refund the buyer and then relist, double check everything before you resubmit the listing to make sure that AI didn't make any changes again.
