Talking to someone that works for ebay
I didnt sell any item, I don't know why I'm getting charged when I never ship mailed sent anything to anybody.They're trying to underball me for what I wanted and I refuse to send it to them because i'm in order to get rid of my marilyn monroe doll for twenty five bucks or five dollars or whatever it was that they were trying to buy it for so I kept it and I never sent it

Mentor10 months agoIt sounds like you did sell the item, you just refused to ship it to the customer.
Did the buyer pay? Did you refund or cancel the transaction?
eBay provided the venue for you to advertise the item, so you owe the fees for the advertisement/listing.
If the buyer paid and you failed to refund or ship, eBay will refund for you and request the payment and fees from you. That would account for the money you owe.
You don't get to sell something and then change your mind and walk away with out paying for it.
