talking to a real person at ebay, is there such a thing, and how to do it?
I have issues with the survey in my inbox, i find some of the content very offensive.
Is there any way to contact a real person at ebay?

Mentor3 years agoI've never received a survey from eBay that contained anything remotely offensive but if you did, just don't respond to it. Double check that it actually came from eBay and isn't a scammer pretending to be eBay to get your personal information.
At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
