talking to a real person at eBay
talking to a real person at eBay is like sh-ting a bowling ball. first eBay system keeps telling me that the seller does not ship to my area, now this f--ked up system says I can't buy from out of the US. NOW all of the companies I have been buying from, ARE ALL IN THE UNITED STATES so, W.T.F.. THEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THESE as-holes (eBay), you can't get through to these as-holes 7 phone calls to an automated fu-ked up system of bullsh-t to finally told me it after hours. what bullsh-t
phone number for eBay 1-866-540-3229
at least for now, good luck
only good part, I save money that normally would be spent here on eBay

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
That error might indicate that the seller has not specified a shipping method for your location, or you have changed your location used to calculate shipping to one that the seller does not ship to.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:

If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media:

OP1 year agoWhat options you see may depend on your particular issue,
the problems I always have, has NEVER, EVER BEEN COVERED BY AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM,
yet, you can't get through to a person,
and you will be very lucky, if you do get a person,
and if that person can even answer the question
and right now someone in eBay is messing with my account
got a 100% rating
and yet, they restrict me from buying what I like
so far have missed out on 5 deals, thanks to this **bleep**
great customer service
