I have a return that needs to be returned to seller. The item is defected a power wheel chair that is not working properly, they have been contacted she wants me to pay shipping back this was the chair is not working...not my fault I do not want to do this she wants to send her own shipping label I'm worried she isnt going to completely refund item.... Would like to talk to live person

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
