I’ve posted this before and don’t know why I can’t look back for the answers but I really appreciate the help!

about 2 years ago I was getting spammed by calks and I blocked them and somehow eBay no was in the list . Since then all I can do is keep trying to get someone to help me. The auto assistant can’t understandI can’t get calls .A recent issue with a return and I really need to talk with someone.

My phone company store has no clue how to fix it!

@finbos . I see your previous post about a problem return. I understand that this is frustrating but your choices are refund without a return or pay return shipping and refund. There's no way to prove to eBay that you shipped the item in the condition stated on the listing. eBay will side with the buyer if you try to fight this. This is how returns work... The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules your return policy. If the buyer files a refund request saying that the item is not as described then you need to accept the return and issue the return shipping label. Your return policy only applies if the buyer files a buyer's remorse return: Doesn't fit, changed mind, etc. If you do not accept the return willingly then the buyer can ask eBay to step in and forces a refund. You do not get your seller's fees back, you get a defect and the buyer may be allowed to keep the item. All you have to do is undo your blocks on your phone. If you could post the issue with your return, we can advise you.
