Not all items can ship to all countries due to import restrictions and restrictions of the eBay international shipping program.
Please share the item number or a link to the listing and I can take a look on rare occasions the bots block an item that would otherwise be allowed due to a keyword.
Sometimes I can suggest a revision to the wording on a listing that lets it pass.

OP6 months agoWe have someone in Canada that is trying to purchase an item we have for sale in the USA, they are unable to purchase it.
Went through all the settings and it should work but doesn't.

Mentor6 months ago@amptechinc2007 There is not a phone number to call eBay. If you tell us what you are contacting eBay about then we can suggest keywords to help you get past the bots to request a call back.
I recommend asking your question here first. We can provide accurate answers and save you time and the frustration of dealing with the bots for most questions. We are experienced buyers and sellers that know eBay policies and procedures.
