TALK TO AN EBAY AGENT

Question

i bought a watch and recieved it today. The listing said 14K gold and it is stainless steel, no gold at all. I am trying to talk to an ebay agent to resolve the issue, since the seller KNEW, and actually admitted in an email to me that the watch was not gold.

Is there a phone number or direct email that i can send a message and get my $350 back?
