Mentor2 weeks ago@exquisiteblisses If you returned the item due to buyers remorse the seller can withhold the out bound shipping. They used that money to pay to ship the item to you. I don't know if this is the reason for the partial refund or not though since we can't access accounts.
There is not a phone number to call, you have to request a call back.
