Talk to a customer service agent in person
All phone numbers are automated. How is one supposed to talk to an actual person in customer service. Which in this point customer service tends to be an oxymoron!

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
