    Taking to an agent from the uk
                     

    I got a notification about someone trying to use my account but I can't contact a real person becasue it only offers an American or Canadian option

    Thank you, I got back and asked for a call which didn't come through for ages after the bot said it would. In the end I had to go to sleep (in early hours) . When I woke up the proper morning an email said they hadn't been able to get through.
