Taking over my Dad's Ebay Store
My Dad has been sick and in the hospital for months, I'm taking control of his store and want to be able to run the store from my computer at my home. Thing is he as forgotten his password so I'm unable to login from my computer. Please help with what I can do.

Without the password and you not being the account owner there is not much you can do. Even if you gain access and start to use your own computer AND if anyone at your house Sells on eBay a different IP will be used to access you father's account and your account(s) and his will become "associated'.
eBay's Trust and Safety Dept monitors account "association" for security reasons and if one account has a restriction or suspension then all associated accounts can have the same thing happen. Even if you don't have an eBay account at your house just logging in on a different IP could cause eBay to require account owner verification.
eBay takes account security seriously and while your intentions are good eBay only sees an electronic trail of activity on accounts.
I assume you can access his account from his home, if so you can either End his listings or put his account on Time away (30 days max allowed). Ended listing move to the unsold file for 90 days before eBay drops them but they can be Relisted at any time during the 90 days.
