Can I get aPartial refund for missing charger? I do not want to send tablet back. It was sold as brand new but it was not in original packaging. And missing charger. Tried to resolve with seller with no luck.All I want is $24.99+ $5.99 shipping ,so I can purchase new one. I should not have to pay for anything. But in returns I find nothing aboutpartial refund. I do not want to send tablet back. Thank You

Did seller at least respond to your request?
