How do you get money back from a refund that never should have been refunded ?. The client messaged saying they received the item AND was as astounded as I was with they were refund the following day .
I am unable to resolve with eBay robots . No people to talk to . HELP !!!

-Are you talking about a Buyer filing a claim through eBay that they did not receive their item and YOU had to refund them through the claim? Or you failed to upload tracking to the claim and they asked eBay to step in and eBay refunded them from your account?
-We need to know some of those details before providing any insights.
