Trying to speak to a live customer service representative is impossible! The automated system tells me someone will call in 2 minutes and no one ever calls! This is such a terrible service! I would like the direct phone number so I can access a real human being! Very frustrating!

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
VOIP phones, locations outside of North America and spam blockers can prevent calls from going through. If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media direct message:
