System populates incorrect weight, dimensions and will not let me update.
The system automatically populates the weight and dimensions based on other listings of the similar product. The weight it populates is over making my shipping more expensive and when I update the information and save, it goes back to the info the system originally populated. How can I fix this? I would appreciate anything that will help. Thank you! 😃

Mentor1 year agoI believe this happens if you are using the Quick Listing form. Upgrade to the advanced/business listing form, and you will have more control over your listings. The link to upgrade is in the upper right hand corner of the listing form.
