Sync your eBay and Payoneer profiles
Hi, I'm encountering an issue while trying to connect my eBay account to Payoneer. On the “Sync your eBay and Payoneer profiles†page, I receive an error message: “Something isn’t right. Please double-check the info on this page.†I have already checked and verified that all the business details and authorized representative information are correct, and they match the records on both my Payoneer and eBay accounts.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could help identify what’s causing this issue and suggest what steps I can take to resolve it. Is there any specific information that may be missing or incorrectly formatted that I should update?
