Switch from USPS to local delivery/pickup after auction ended?

Sold something on auction which ended today, shipping paid by me, the buyer has paid and lives close by so I want to deliver it myself. How can I go about doing this in the app?

You can not change the delivery method after the sale. If the buyer would like to pickup in person, the way to handle it is to cancel the sale using problem with buyer's address and relist the item as a buy it now for the bid price with the correct shipping method for them to repurchase. With local pick up the buyer receives a QR code and a digit code that the seller enters into the eBay APP as proof of delivery.

If you simply have the buyer pickup the item without changing to the correct shipping you do not have proof of delivery and will loose your seller protection for an item not received. Also if your funds are on hold they will be released, if the buyer does not make a return or refund claim, after the full hold time.
