Swindled?

Question

I placedd an order about a week ago and the charge appeared on my MasterCard. However, that is the ONLY

evidence of this transaction. It doies not appear in my list of purchases and there is no confirmation in my email. I've tried ebay help, but they don't have the record of the information of the people who charged my card. I can't get anywhere on the self help sites without the order info. Neither can I find a chat, email, or phone number. Any suggestions are appreciated.

You may have made the purchase as a GUEST on Ebay, in which case you cannot use your Ebay account to find details/research the transaction.

Sign out of your Ebay account.

Look for the order confirmation email that Ebay sent you. (check your junk/spam folders)

Select View order details in the body of the email.
Select Contact seller.
Select I haven't received my item yet.
Fill in the details and then hit Submit.
