Swedish buyer cannot see US listing

A potential buyer in Sweden cannot see one of my US listings - she can see two others however. She wants to buy from me, but not all my listings are getting displayed. Why is this happening? All International settings are enabled and have worked fine in the recent past.

Thanks. I can see EIS auto-enabled on my listing - I've sold these items to buyers in the UK and Netherlands in the past 6 months without issue. Perhaps something peculiar to Sweden.

@vukits If you go to the active listing on a computer and click the shipping tab there is not ANY EIS International shipping.
