Mentor3 years agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel a purchase, but the seller is not obligated to do so. If you do not pay, the seller can file a case against you for non payment. One strike won't hurt, but if you receive another, most sellers block buyers with 2 or more strikes from bidding/buying from them and that block will be in effect for 12 months. If you have already paid, when it is received, either give it away or sell it on ebay.
