Swapped labels when shipping
I sent buyer a product to buyer b and buyer b to buyer a. I'd like to send them prepaid lables to reapply to the boxes so they get their products quickly and with the least amount of hassle. Any thoughts? Bob

Mentor10 months agoThe best way to handle this situation is to contact each buyer and have them each file a Returns Request for Item Not as Described. You accept the returns, and pay for return shipping. When you get the items back, you relist each listing, and the buyers repurchase and pays. This time you make sure the buyer gets the correct item.
