Swapped item scam
I'm a seller you recently sold a high end Hotwheel, buyer paid for such item and after it was delivered they requested a refund 2 days later due to being a wrong item sent. When they showed item I supposedly sent, it was an item I've never owned. I looked at history of seller and they've had issues in the past What can I do to prove buyer swapped out item for a cheaper one?
