Suspicious seller, shipped without tracking number, does not respond to messages

Question

I just lost $391.97 to a seller who used a fake tracking number and an address that isn't mine, and eBay didn't help me; they just let me lose the money. Now I'm seeing that this seller is going to scam me again. I want to notify you so you can contact him and ask him to explain why he didn't provide the tracking number.Please see the photos.

Si el servicio de atenciÃ³n al cliente de eBay en redes sociales no te ayuda, DEBES contactar con tu mÃ©todo de pago para solicitar un reembolso. Esto significa denunciar el fraude a tu banco o compaÃ±Ãa de tarjeta de crÃ©dito. Esta es tu Ãºnica opciÃ³n ahora.

Publicar las fotos aquÃ NO ayuda a tu caso y, ademÃ¡s, pone en riesgo tu informaciÃ³n personal. Voy a pedir a los moderadores que eliminen las fotos.

As I have said before we are VOLUNTEERS. We can only offer advice which we have done several times. If eBay customer service on social media will not help you then you MUST contact your payment method for a chargeback. This means report fraud to your bank or credit card. This is your only option now.

Posting the photos here does NOT help your case and also risks your information being stolen. I am going to ask the moderators to remove the photos.

I truly hope you get a refund.
