Suspicious Return Request After INR Case Closed in Seller’s Favor
I would like to report a suspicious return case regarding order number 22-14516-62649.
We successfully delivered the order, the tracking number is valid, and there is delivery confirmation photo proof available. The buyer initially opened an “Item Not Received” claim, but eBay reviewed the case and ruled in our favor because the package was confirmed delivered.
Now, shortly after losing the claim, the buyer has opened a return request and provided a USPS tracking number immediately afterward. We strongly suspect this may be fraudulent behavior and an abuse of eBay’s 30-day return policy in an attempt to scam us.
We respectfully ask eBay to carefully review this case and handle it fairly to protect seller rights and prevent policy abuse. Thank you for your support and consideration.
