Suspicious message/request?
Good morning,
I currently have the following active listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/177763975734
I recently received this message from a bidder:
"it apeares that ebay has your item listed as a military item and will not allow me to raise my bid amount i will purchase this item for a fixed amount but you willl have to relist it"
This seems a bit suspicious and possibly against eBay policy. Should I respond, and if so, how?

Mentor8 months agoVery strange, it seems the other bidders in the auction are able to raise their bid amount.
Ignore the message.

Mentor8 months agoAlso if you cancelled the auction, you would be assessed a fee based on highest bid.
EDITED TO ADD: The item is listed in the Sporting Goods category, not military item. That person is not correct.
