Suspicious buyer

Question

So I got this message from eBay, after a buyer had paid, and they said not to ship the item as the user is no longer registered on e bay. So far the payment hasn't been refunded and I have no idea what to do.

As e bay suggested, I relisted the item. Now someone else has paid for the item but it looks like the exact same person. Certainly the same address at least.

I'm thinking I should just refuse the sale and relist the item. Just not sure. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?

@kwiji43 I would contact customer service and see if it is the same buyer. If it is then don't ship, cancel as problem with buyers address and add the buyer to your blocked list.
