suspicious buyer. 2 different address. 2 user IDs.
I have a buyer that just opened their account the day of the purchase of the 2 items. The user ID is very similar but different. The addresses have different zip code numbers and one address includes the apartment #. Yes, they have paid for the items.
Is this unusual or am I slow to the game?

Mentor2 years agoSounds like a buyer who is purchasing as a guest. For each guest purchase, there will be a different user ID, so even if the addresses were the same, you could not combine the shipping.
There is nothing unusual about shipping to different addresses. The buyer could be shipping the orders to: himself, his work address, a family member or friend, a vacation home, etc. Your job is to ship to the address provided on the order so that you maintain seller protection.
